Beschreibung: I. 'FORT OF TUZLA View of one of the fort's big guns with British signallers at work'. HA to rear of shielded coastal gun - a sentry guards the emplacement. MS to a sentry positioned in front of the position - a single 21cm (?) gun.II. 'HOSPITAL SHIP IN THE MEDITERRANEAN Wounded men on board a Red Cross Ship, on their way back to England. Nurses handing little luxuries to the patients on deck.' HA.MS as a stretcher is carried up gangway onto cameraship. MO and nurses stand among the wounded men lying on deck. Nurses distribute "little luxuries", apparently cigarettes. Lieutenant RNR crosses the deck.III. 'WOUNDED TOMMIES GOLF MATCH. Wounded soldiers playing a golf match under their own rules. Cigarettes being distributed to the men, and three cheers for their entertainers.' Convalescents emerge from hospital ambulance - the vehicle belongs to the motor squadron of the London Volunteer Rifles. A crowd watches as men play lawn golf - one of the competitors has one arm in a cast. A small boy dressed in a kilt and glengarry offers soldiers packs of cigarettes. HA.LS pan over crowd of patients seated in deck-chairs and round open air tables - they wave obligingly to the camera.IV. 'H.M. THE KING REVIEWS TROOPS. His Majesty attended by Capt. Godfrey Faucett (sic) R.N. and Lieutenant-Colonel Clive Wigram inspecting troops in the Eastern Command.' HM passes on horseback with the usual retinue. An open-air review, troops marching past in line abreast, the camera shooting along the passing ranks.V. 'PRESENTATION TO HIS MAJESTY. Lady Frankland being presented to His Majesty after the review. Wounded Tommies who were asked by the King the extent of their injuries.' Lady Frankland and her two children talk with the King, who is still on horseback. Officers come forward to be presented. Pan over some convalescent soldiers, some seated on the grass, others standing behind with nurses, as for a formal group photograph.
